And on the month of December or January is the best time to go to MIAMI.Winter has always been the high season in Miami, largely because that's when Northeasterners need to shed their parkas and thaw out. As a result, "it's when all the new restaurants, bars, and shops open up in one go," says travel writer Mark Ellwood, author of the Rough Guide to Miami. But in early December it's also the locus of the international art world, when Art Basel Miami Beach (ABMB; in 2008, December 4 through 7) and dozens of satellite art fairs spring up all around town.

When i was a college student, I liked traveling during a time of December. Why?.. It is because Christmas is near. And in this season everybody were seemed to be happy. So i could have a happy travel.
Travelling is a natural characteristic of the human nature. After season long of hard work, vacations become the top priority to de-stress and enjoy.
People travel to islands in the Indian Ocean during November and December because it's summertime there and these places contain all the ingredients that would be needed to formulate the perfect holidays.
I'm the opposite, I dont like traveling in December as its just too busy and crazy. Not enough time to relax!
